Labom’s diaphragm seals are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and reliability, with rigorous testing and inspection procedures in place to ensure consistent performance and accuracy. Labom’s diaphragm seals are designed to meet the specific requirements of each application, with a wide range of materials and configurations available to ensure compatibility with the process medium and the pressure measuring instrument.
Labom DD8010
Design for special applications, pulp industry, loose clamping flange
Application area
Suitable for mounting to bourdon tube pressure gauges and pressure transmitters.
Measuring device connection
- directly welded
- directly screwed
- with temperature decoupler
- with capillary
Labom DF6100
Inline diaphragm seal, sterile process connection NEUMO BioConnect
Application area
Suitable for mounting to bourdon tube pressure gauges and pressure transmitters. The inline diaphragm seal with aseptic design is used mainly for dead-zone free pressure measurement.
Measuring device connection

- directly screwed
- with temperature decoupler
- with capillary
Labom DA810
Design for low pressure applications, per EN and ASME
Application area
Suitable for mounting to pressure transmitters, especially for low-pressure applications. Due to the loose clamping flange there are no mounting torque errors. The flange-type diaphragm seal is suited for measuring aggressive, highly viscous media and for high process temperatures.
